Cat-back exhausts
A cat-back exhaust replaces everything after the catalytic converter: the pipes, the silencers and the tips. This page lists Armytrix's cat-back systems. Its valved systems are on the valvetronic page.
What is a cat-back exhaust?
Cat-back means everything from the catalytic converter back to the tips. The car keeps its catalytic converters, which is why a cat-back system is the usual choice for a road car.
Road use
A louder exhaust must still pass the MOT, including the noise check, and you should tell your insurer about any modification. Any system on this page that is off-road only is marked on its page.
Stainless or titanium
Armytrix builds in T304 stainless steel, with titanium versions for many cars. Titanium is lighter and costs more.
