Delivery and returns

Lead times

We order each system from Armytrix when you place your order. The lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed by email when you order. If it changes, we tell you straight away and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in the UK by tracked courier, and a signature is needed on delivery. Delivery is free, including the Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland.

Systems are large and heavy. Check the boxes when they arrive, note any damage with the courier if you can, and tell us within 48 hours with photos, so we can claim from the courier and send replacement parts.

If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts and the kit comes back to us, we contact you to rebook.

Delivery outside the UK

We deliver to most of Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Choose your country in the basket and prices are shown without UK VAT, because goods we export are zero-rated. Prices are without UK VAT. Import duty and local taxes in your country are paid by you on delivery.

Send us your basket and we quote the delivery cost and lead time before taking any payment. A kit collected from our workshop is a UK sale, so UK VAT is charged on it wherever you live.

Changing your mind on a delivered kit

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving a delivered kit without giving a reason. Tell us by email or phone, then return it unused, unfitted and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of sending it back, and it must be sent tracked and insured. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the kit back, to the way you paid. If you paid with Klarna, Klarna updates or cancels your payment plan.

Send returns to JF Automotive Ltd, Unit 31 Integra, Bircholt Road, Parkwood Industrial Estate, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 9GQ, and put your order number inside the box.

A kit that has been fitted, or part-fitted, cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please check fitment on the product page, or ask us, before you fit it.

Fitted jobs

If you book fitting, you can cancel before the work starts. Once we have ordered your system from Armytrix, we refund in full less any return charge Armytrix makes to us, and we tell you that amount before you cancel. Once the fitting is done at your request, the change-of-mind right no longer applies to the work.

Faulty or wrong parts

If anything arrives faulty or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us on 01622 321500 or sales@jfautomotive.co.uk. See also the warranty.
